Urban pace is a licensed broker in Washington D.C., Virginia and Maryland and exclusively works within the urban areas of those jurisdictions. As a company, we have been consistently recognized by the Northern Virginia Business Industry Association, Mame, Finest of Family Living, Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and numerous other prestigious organizations. We have received the highest level honors for sales person of the year, top volume producer, project architectural design, Green certification, web site design and marketing collateral material.

In 2009 we received a Certified Business Enterprise Designation or CBE (formerly known as LSDBE) from the District of Columbia. The CBE designation allows our developers and clients to earn large incentives from the district when engaging our services. On larger development sites, utilizing our designation can result in many thousands of dollars in benefit to our clients.
