Jeremy Aldridge began his real estate career more than 14 years ago. By building strong relationships, focusing on client needs, and possessing a dedicated work ethic, he has achieved over $300 million dollars in sales. He has sold a variety of product types, including condominiums, townhomes, single family and custom home estates. Jeremy’s extensive experience has given him a thorough knowledge of the sales process and an ability to work with a diverse cliental. Jeremy joined Urban Pace in May 2009, quickly achieving record-breaking results. During his tenure to date, he has sold 65 homes at a rate of over one sale per week. In just over one year at Urban Pace, he has sold out a total of 5 condo projects. Each project has sold at a record sales pace and at a price per square foot that was well in excess of the norm in the market. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business finance from Elon University. Ms. Brandel was the first agent hired at EYA Urban (now Urban Pace LLC) in January 2002. Along with managing the sales team and staff, she has sold more than 500 homes, totaling more than $300 million in sales. As the Managing Broker for Urban Pace Fine Homes, Ms. Brandel oversees all brokerage and operations procedures. She is responsible for recruiting, training and supervising all aspects of the sales cycle and sales team performance. Ms Brandel started her career in real estate in 1980. She has owned and operated a real estate investment company and managed a new homes sales site at Avenel in Potomac selling custom homes. Kathleen currently resides in Del Ray Virginia with her husband, Ralph Hendry, a financial planner and has 3 children ranging in age from 20 to 27. She has lived in the DC metropolitan area since 1969 except when attending University of South Florida. .................................................................................................
Tiffany Gonzalez has more than 9 years experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as an administrative assistant and quickly earned the respect and admiration of some of the top producing agent in Old Town Alexandria. As the Operations Manager at Urban Pace, Mrs. Gonzalez oversees the accounting procedures, general supervision of staff and day to day operations of the company. Tiffany currently resides in Virginia with her husband and son.
