Lynn Hackney
President, Urban Pace

Lynn Hackney, Owner and President of Urban Pace, LLC, a new home sales and
marketing company located in Washington, DC, has more than 20 years experience
as a proven leader in the residential real estate industry. During her career, she has
piloted the strategic marketing and sales process for more than $1.4B in real estate
assets.

In 2001, Hackney opened Urban Pace, LLC in order to bring a highly customized
approach to the sales and marketing of urban condominium and townhome projects
in the DC market. Under her direction, Urban Pace has sold more than 3,250 condos and town homes totaling more than 2.8M square feet, making it the undisputed leader in urban new home sales in Washington, DC. The company routinely achieves a faster sales pace and higher price per square foot than industry averages, thereby
constantly raising the bar for condo/townhome sales in the Washington, DC real estate arena.

Through an affiliated company, Allyson Advisors, Hackney provides a broad range of services to residential real estate developers and stakeholders regarding financing and positioning of multi-family projects. She has advised on urban assets throughout the country including rental and commercial portfolios.

From 1994 to 2001, Hackney owned and managed a Washington, DC area real estate company that she built and expanded into one of the largest franchised brokerages in the United States; currently ranked number one in sales volume nationwide. That company is comprised of 22 offices and a commercial brokerage division. When
Hackney launched her career in 1990, NVAR named her "Rookie of the Year".

Hackney earned a Masters of Business Administration from John Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University. Recently, she was accepted into The Leadership Forum at Harvard University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Commercial Real Estate Women and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association. Volunteer activities include Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, Food and Friends Delivery and the Urban Land Institute's Young Leaders Group Mentorship Program.

Jeremy F. Aldridge
Vice President, Urban Pace

Jeremy Aldridge began his real estate career more than 14 years ago. By building strong relationships, focusing on client needs, and possessing a dedicated work ethic, he has achieved over $300 million dollars in sales. He has sold a variety of product types, including condominiums, townhomes, single family and custom home estates. Jeremy’s extensive experience has given him a thorough knowledge of the sales process and an ability to work with a diverse cliental.

Jeremy joined Urban Pace in May 2009, quickly achieving record-breaking results. During his tenure to date, he has sold 65 homes at a rate of over one sale per week. In just over one year at Urban Pace, he has sold out a total of 5 condo projects. Each project has sold at a record sales pace and at a price per square foot that was well in excess of the norm in the market.

Jeremy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business finance from Elon University. He is licensed in the District of Columbia and Virginia.

Kathleen Brandel
Managing Director

Ms. Brandel was the first agent hired at EYA Urban (now Urban Pace LLC) in January 2002. Along with managing the sales team and staff, she has sold more than 500 homes, totaling more than $300 million in sales. As the Managing Broker for Urban Pace Fine Homes, Ms. Brandel oversees all brokerage and operations procedures. She is responsible for recruiting, training and supervising all aspects of the sales cycle and sales team performance. 

Ms Brandel started her career in real estate in 1980. She has owned and operated a real estate investment company and managed a new homes sales site at Avenel in Potomac selling custom homes.

Kathleen currently resides in Del Ray Virginia with her husband, Ralph Hendry, a financial planner and has 3 children ranging in age from 20 to 27.  She has lived in the DC metropolitan area since 1969 except when attending University of South Florida.

Tiffany Gonzalez
Operations Manager

Tiffany Gonzalez has more than 9 years experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as an administrative assistant and quickly earned the respect and admiration of some of the top producing agent in Old Town Alexandria.

As the Operations Manager at Urban Pace, Mrs. Gonzalez oversees the accounting procedures, general supervision of staff and day to day operations of the company.

Tiffany currently resides in Virginia with her husband and son.
