Urban Pace is frequently engaged as a consultant whether or not we represent a client in a traditional sales and marketing capacity. In recent times, we have worked with many national and local banks when a project loan had become “challenged." We are adept in quickly analyzing the issues and opportunities and assisting the bank with a strategy to satisfy the shareholders and the regulators.
